Authors with papers accepted must register by midday on 2nd September at 11:59 Texas time. At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered to attend the symposium in person. A paper without a corresponding registration may be withheld from publication. There will be no onsite registration, and everyone who plans to attend the symposium must register and pay the symposium fee.
Registration fees are $250, which includes both days of the Symposium, the optional workshops day and ECR event, the welcome reception, and the symposium banquet. Registrants will be able to bring a partner to the banquet at an additional cost of $50.
